This comes out as a single disc shortly, along with

Star Trek IV
Star Trek VI

Any idea why they are skipping the rest?

Possibly because those are the most popular.

I'd be impressed regardless because Wrath of Khan is one of the top 10 sci-fi movies of all-time and definitely my favourite ST film of all-time.

It's the even-numbered blessing/odd-numbered curse...which lasted until Star Trek X (Nemesis), which seemed to make it a full-on curse. Maybe Star Trek XI (2009) reboots that as well.

I don't have the level of distain for Trek III that many seem to. I actually think that II, III, and IV make a pretty good trilogy of Trek stories.

III was definitely the strongest of the odd-number movies.

There should be a thread where we discuss Shatner's hair. Which movie does it look the best and worst.

WELL, hairpiece or not, he is the most beautiful man who ever graced the screen. Bigger than Elvis.

STAR TREK 4 is wonderful.

His hair look the best in part II, by the way.
