An industrial Betacam shot film I want on blu-ray = Blood Cult

I've been selling off my old pixely dvds of sov video store staples with each new blu-ray that gets released. I wasn't a believer until the Terror Vision blu-ray set of Video Violence 1 & 2. Since then...Redneck Zombies, Killing Spree, The Abomination, Cannibal Campout, in today's mail 555! The list goes on. They all, so far, do look and sound noticeably superior to the old dvds. Taken more seriously now, with seemingly better discovered restoration technology for tape sources, they're often returning to the original tape masters exclusively for a new HD blu-ray transfer. There's also more room to breathe on the discs, no noticeable pixeling. Giving a truer analog video cassette appearance, without a digital look. Much more reminiscent of watching them on tape, but on a higher end VCR than I could ever afford back in the day and translating much nicer to a modern tv. Oh, and blu-ray discs are also made from superior material with a durable coating!
I wish the big studios would catch onto this thing small labels are doing for sov titles lately. I would love blu-ray re-releases of their old dvd complete series sets of sov tv shows. Alice, Three's Company, All in the Family, Welcome Back Kotter, Sanford and Son...that list goes on and on, too!
