i watch WWE with my 6 1/2 year old son.

its on tv too much.
im 29 so i went thru the 80s hype with hogan, honkey tonk man, rick rude, greg valentine, jake the snake etc

then i stopped watching until the mid-late 90s when stone cold, rock, dx, nation of domination etc were on.
i also attended NUMERIOUS ECW events at the war memorial theater here in fort lauderdale....ECW ECW ECW!!!

anyway, back then there was RAW IS WAR on mondays and that was it.
when smackdown came to REGULAR tv i knew it was time to quit watching. everything got censored and there was too many wrestlers.

just put the good wrestlers on RAW and cancel everything else.
get rid of the boring wrestlers that nobody cares about
what vince did to ECW is a shame......they had the best product out there
i never cared for wcw so forget those has-beens besides ric flair.

wheres the dudley boyz vs hardy boyz vs edge/chrostian TLC matches!?!?

does the belt EVER change hands besides PPV events?
1 ppv event per month now!?!?!?

I so agree with this I never watch smackdown or ecw or their new one I believe its called Superstars.All they need is 1 roster 1 show.My favriot era is when triple H was running things.
Big show needs to stop messing around and live up to his fathers name.

Well you didn't miss out much until you restarted with the Attitude Era. The new generation wasn't good until around '97. The Attitude Era was awesome. I miss Austin and Rock.

Also, the Dudley's are on TNA as Team 3D (WWE trademarked Dudley Boys), and the Hardy's and E+C have broken up.

And yes, the belts do change from time to time on free TV.

They should just get rid of ECW. It is so far removed from the original ECW. It is more like the old WWE show, Sunday Night Heat.

The only WWE show I watch is RAW. And even that I haven't watched much since they dropped the "Trump is the owner" angle. Saw a few minutes of Seth Green on RAW...click.

Well you should really start watching SmackDown. Its been pretty awesome so far since this years draft. Thats unless you get the network its on.

I pretty much agree with this. First WWE I saw was Royal Rumble 1992 and I was hooked, until I ducked out completely in 1995 and returned in 1996.

I do find it cool how Edge is a main eventer now, rewind ten years and it shows progress. Guys like Randy Orton feel like they shot right to the top (youngest world champ).

RAW --> Flagship show
Smackdown --> No identity
ECW --> I really like the idea behind the new talent initiative which some can argue is what the old ECW produced (sorta). The New ECW exposed guys like Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger, and helped get more TV time for CM Punk and John Morrison, so it serves a purpose. However, calling it ECW is an insult to the history.
Superstars --> Midcarders

The WWE is certainly oversaturated in the market (Monday RAW, Tuesday ECW, Thursday Superstars, Friday Smackdown, Weekend recap shows) but as somebody who doesn't really like WWE these days, on paper they have created a purpose for their shows. Except Smackdown... seems like a 3-hour hybrid of RAW/Smackdown each week would be sufficient.
