Goofiness continued. Was on phone with both credit card company and Amazon after suddenly seeing a $61.99 pending charge on the card not appearing on my Amazon account. Card company had no further details and Amazon had no idea what it was for. Then I suddenly recalled the mistake I made with Amazon Japan.

So spent needless time on phone worried that my credit card account was hacked only to find the card company simply does not distinguish between Amazon and Amazon Japan.

Does this raise my mistake from a "goof" to that of a "monkey King flub"?
