I don't really know if there's any audience for a release like that except maybe die hard addams fans, those movies aren't that well received or well liked

My killer klowns arrow steelbook has a few signatures on it, so I'll just be sticking the new disc in that.

I really wish Shout Factory still did the covers with the custom artwork.

For me, Scream Factory still fairly regularly puts out titles I'm interested in. Of these announcements, I'll get Killer Klowns 4K Steelbook, Gretel and Hansel 4K, and Orphan.

Vinegar Syndrome has been disappointing me month after month as of late. The only title I've purchased from them as of late is Little Darlings 4K. Beyond that, I think you have to go back to the Halfway to Black Friday announcements in May 2023 when I got A Blade in the Dark 4K, Showgirls 4K, and The Boogeyman 4K.

Some of those Vinegar Syndrome titles...woof woof.

These are great announcements as a whole. Really wish Island would have been 4K, oh well. And what ever happened to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 03 4K that was supposedly leaked???

My daughter and I both actually liked the first Addams family movie. The second one is a bit more hit or miss, but I picked up both originally upon release and find them both fun as far as modern films go. They aren't classics but they were amongst the more enjoyable releases from the last several years I can think of.

Yeah, I don't get the hate, they aren't that bad plus animated Morticia is kinda hot. I'm going to pick up the 4k to save a little space and upgrade at the same time.

TCM03 4K i would bite instantly. One of the best horror remakes of all time imo and far better than any other of the TCM remakes by far!

I don' t think the pre-order was ever live on Amazon before. Still shows the April date, but hopefully it's a sign it'll be announced for May.

Yes. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006) are far superior to the last two films, Leatherface (2017) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) which are both garbage. There are only three Chainsaw films which I will never add to my collection and those (Leatherface 2017 and Chainsaw 2022) are two of them. The other is Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III (1990).

Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013), while not a good movie by any means, is a fun movie and I absolutely love the opening credits featuring footage of the 1974 original as well as the new footage after the opening credits featuring a replica of the 1974 house with Bill Moseley playing Jim Siedow's role. Oh, and Alexandra Daddario and Tania Raymonde!

Leatherface: TCM III was super underwhelming for me. Had somewhat mild expectations given the history of that one but it was just kinda eh.
I found a re-edit on Vimeo that changes the score and adds extra scenes. I prefer it over the original version.

Say what you will about the film... Shout Factory, if you still lurk here, I wouldn't be able to throw my money your way fast enough if you managed to release Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) and/or Hellraiser (2022) on either Blu Ray or 4k.

It still legitimately blows my mind that these 2 films have been relegated to streaming hell and haven't gotten stacked collectors editions from someone. Hellraiser in particular I thought was fantastic and am hoping for a sequel as well as a physical release sooner rather than later.

Plenty of regular editions come with new features too, but typically the Collector's Edition they definitely go the extra-mile.

The Addams Family looks great in 3D but this version is flat as a pancake so it's a hard pass, it's not an upgrade if an entire dimension is still missing.
