Just went and paid for the TV on my lunch break. They couldn't deliver it on Wednesday as promised so I'm gonna go back with my buddies truck to pick up after I get off work! Holler!! I'm so excited. I did go with the extra coverage on the tv. It was an additional $350 for 4 years in home service.

thanks wafi!! to be honest, i wasn't expecting much of a difference in PQ over the hitachi, but man was I wrong! my buddy jeff, who is one of those people who swear they can't tell the difference between SD and HD, was even impressed. i can't wait for the break in period to be done so i can really see what this joker is capable of.
