For me it won't work for 3D Blu ray no ? This is not the same as G3 Max

no thank you. all set with Kickstarter and those headsets. You can thank this to the Cinera fiasco.

It looks like it has the same connections to attach directly to a blu-ray player, so I assume it would work the same as the Max...

I don't think so because this is stated only SBS 3D and not Framing 3D as 3D compatibility.

So it means for le that you have to rip 3D blu ray this is why I haven't bought this one and G3 Max us much more expansive...
