Thats my point. What does "my disc is bigger than your disc" have to do with true HD sound emersion.

I think Blu will be the prevailing format. Frankly it does not matter to me. As the sound is 70% of the equation for me. And i do have a 1080p front projector with an Onkyo 875 (has HQV scaler).
That brings me to another soap box. I look at a lot of people sigs on here. How the hell can you rant on about 1080p HD content when you have a 32" TV. You only get to really utilize 1080p content fully if you are sitting REALLY CLOSE to your unit or have it displayed on a large SCREEN.
You want to know what the BEST picture is EVER. A 12" color tube TV. Ask any expert. Broadcast were recorded for these units. for every inch you go bigger you strecth the image(pixel.)
And guess what 1080p is not the end all be all...... They are already working on 1440P. What then you gonna let people call you a troll when you tell them you have a 1080p unit.
