Be aware that if you order this, you may not get it for quite some time. I preordered the PS5 version back in early December and I still have not received it. I recently emailed Larian about the order and all they told me was “you’ll receive an email once it ship”. Gee, thanks for that informative reply.
They claim pre-orders started shipping in April and May in two waves and some people in the very first wave of orders received it. I’m in the 2nd wave of orders I think. Possibly even after that. Who knows. I can’t get any clarification from Larian.

I could be wrong on this, but I think because of the multiple delays in shipping the PS5 version, it doesn't matter much anymore what wave you were in. My most recent communication from them was an expectation that we may get it in July.

Also, don't count on Larian emailing you when they ship it. Pretty much all the feedback from other forums I've read, it'll just show up on your door one day with no communication.

While I'm thankful Larian put the effort into creating this cool physical edition, they've definitely got room for improvement if they ever do this sort of thing again

While we’re delighted that many of you are now receiving your physical Deluxe Edition copies of Baldur’s Gate 3, we know that some of you are waiting for a shipping update.

We’re happy to confirm that North American PlayStation 5 orders will begin shipping to customers this week, for an early July delivery date.

If you pre-ordered an Oceania version and haven’t yet received any shipping information, please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking email over the next few days.

We again apologise for the delay, some of the complexities of physical shipping caused issues beyond our control, but we’re confident that everyone should have their physical Deluxe Edition within July, and we’re looking forward to hearing the stories of your adventures.
