I seem to remember the original Network set having some audio issues. Does anyone know if the audio files on the Imprint set are newly done or is the dodgy Network audio carried over?

No emails from Australia Post, maybe hiding in the Spam folder?

I checked my history and I got both the order completed notice and the ship notice on 6/13. Mine arrived last Friday on the 21st.

Of course, people who ordered it from Orbit and Diablolik are already getting theirs and Orbit does have it in stock.

Don't think I'll be ordering directly from Via Vision again.
I had emailed and they said orders were delayed because of a warehouse transition and that it will ship this week - which obviously makes no sense since plenty of other orders have shipped.

It's no big deal, but like you said, there doesn't seem to be an advantage to ordering direct - I did order a couple items so got free shipping, but could have pieced the order together at the same prices from other places.

Thanks, that was a good suggestion as I only searched through my email looking for stuff from Via Vision.

However, I just scrolled through my junk folder all the way back to the 13th and there’s nothing from Aussie Post either.

Looks like I should send Via Vision an email to find out what’s going on.

I got a notice that my order shipped a week ago (along with the Avengers Tara King set) but I haven't received a tracking number or anything. I went ahead and checked with their customer support. This was my first time ordering direct from ViaVision, I believe.

I did so because I went through 7 various orders from other outlets for the Emma Peel set until I got one that wasn't completely damaged

I believe Imprint did warn people recently that there would be some delay for a period as they were moving warehouses. Hopefully, they will be up and running again soon.

6/19 notified by Via Vision that the order was "complete" and would ship shortly. Never got an AU post shipping number so I wrote to Via Vision on 6/21, they gave me the tracking number on 6/23. It landed in LA 6/24, cleared customs 6/25

6/29 Received the order by USPS. Well packed in a box.

Looking forward to watching this over the July 4th weekend.

Can anyone speak to the picture and audio quality of the episodes? Are they an improvement on the 2009 US release?

This is the first time I've seen this series since 1970s independent TV reruns, but PQ and AQ appears to be inline with this site's review of the 2009 A+E release.

While I've only screened the first three episodes, the viewing experience is fantastic for a late 60s TV show, and the box set is a banger chock full of supplements. Danger Man is the icing on the cake.

I'm leaving that for last, to be followed by an encore of Ice Station Zebra, another childhood favorite.

Had pre-ordered directly from ViaVison and arrived via AusPost (Melbourne) today. Arrived undamaged.

The frequent JBHIFI 20% sales are great for reduced price, but these boxsets are not in my local JBHIFI shops, so have to do online order. It was a 50/50 chance any ViaVision hardbox did not have dinged/crushed corners. And generally the JBHIFI packing was intact, so I assume it was like that before it was sent by JBHIFI.

I contacted Via Vision today to ask about the status of my order and if I could get the tracking number.

They said it was shipped on 6/14 but the tracking shows no movement since then. They’re going to reach out to the carrier to find out what’s going on and possibly ship me a replacement.

I appreciate the quick response but at this point I kind of wish they would just cancel the order so I can order it through Orbit.

Ouch, that was fast. I’m pretty sure it was in stock this afternoon when I checked.

Thumbs up Got Mine from eBay!

I recently ordered The Odd Couple Imprint Blu-ray box set from a eBay seller in Australia and it arrived here in the Midwest in perfect mint condition. Due to the fact that Deep Discount sent me a banged up The Uninvited / The Unseen Imprint Blu-ray box set, I ordered The Prisoner: The Complete Series (1967) - Imprint Television #6 from this very same eBay seller. It arrived here yesterday in perfect mint condition and I present it to you now along with my two cats, Chico & Harpo. Be seeing you!

Yeah, I got a shipping notice on the 25th - but don't have a tracking number. I'd ordered a few items to get free US shipping, etc.

I'm not that impressed - I'm sure it will arrive, but I feel like there should be more of a effort to get it out to pre-order customers in the first round. There is obv. no incentive to order it early. Lesson learned - I just won't order direct again.

I think my concern is less about the delay and more about the possibility that this sells out before I get a copy. I already sold off my A&E set and a couple weeks after the preorder went up Via Vision sent an email saying this was “selling fast”.

The whole reason I preordered directly through them is to make sure I secured a copy. Now Orbit and Diabolik are sold out and may or may not get more copies. And even if this is found what shape is it going to be in after Ausie post has been kicking it around for 3 weeks?

If I had ordered from Orbit on release day instead of preordering I would have it in hand now in pristine condition and for less money.

I agree, no more preording direct from Via Vision again.

Every single order I’ve made from Via Vision has arrived extremely well packed and they’ve all arrived in mint condition, save for a dent to one corner of THE WICKER MAN. I reached out to them to ask if there was anything they could do about that one and they shipped me a completely new empty slipbox for free and it arrived mint. You may not get the shipment fast, but trust me, chances are through the roof it’ll be in perfect shape when it does get to you.

Maybe a really dumb question, will this play in a Region A player? I have not really found a clear answer anywhere. Amazon doesn't help with back to back reviews that say will play then won't play. Thanks!
