She's charming. If you had to keep only one of her videos which one would it be ? Or, ... If you only had 2 of her videos and one was DS which other title complements it ?

Asking for a friend.

I really failed to do research on DS as it seems possible to Download it in 4K. I think that's the director's cut though and the extended cut has a lot more content.

That's a good question. I think my pick would have to be season 1 of an old Cinemax series called Lingerie. She's not the star of it, but has a lot of screen time.

With Redbox liquidating after the bankruptcy, here's hoping GameFly swoops in and buys off what little assets remain.

I leave in 45 minutes
[Show spoiler]for the hospital to begin my new investigational drug trial; here's hoping that I get the actual medication and not the placebo. Either way, I am helping with treatment research for my rare disease, so I am glad to be a part of this promising trial.

My recent Cardiac MRI done on July 3rd was bad. A number of things are markedly worse and these changes occurred in just the five week period since my April 29th test. I will go into the details of that later.

If that's not enough bad luck, my new TV arrived with the screen shattered. Robert is in the process of sending me a replacement and he is making the process as painless as possible, but I was so upset to see this beautiful TV destroyed by the idiots at FedEx Freight.

^I’m sorry to read that, also sorry to see that your tv arrived damaged. I’m hoping next week is better for you. Good luck with your appointments and tests.

Also, nice shirt!

Had to order these two. Never upgraded from DVD of Riddick and somehow I've never purchased The Hitcher.

Hope it gets resolved quickly for you... at least you can blame the idiots at FedEx...

One boxing day a few years ago I got up ridiculously early in bad weather on boxing day (because I work in a retail environment myself) to pick up a 65" 4K TV...I loaded it in my van and went off to work a 12 hour day hoping to unpack it when I got home later that evening with the family.

After a long day that included lugging my old TV to the inlaws before coming home, I was devastated to find that this idiot had placed the box wrong side down in the van rendering it in pretty much similar shape to the one in your picture...

Luckily, the manager of the shop took pity on me after my better half related the sob story and he gave me a pretty decent deal on a replacement... overall the boxing day "deal" wasn't much of one after all was said and done... but like all such things... you can later look back and laugh..

GameFly is literally only gaining a profit off people buying, not renting, BUYING little brother controllers and Funko pops. Next recession and what is possibly the LAST physical rental service is gonzo.

I do think physical will survive in SOME form. It's just optical discs are arguably obsolete even by physical standards. There needs to be something like VHS2 where it's like a thumb drive but legal to play movies off.

That is a statement of fact. Rules here say you should supply a source, so we will await your post of a source. Otherwise it is BS.

Since my ever increasing collection of media sees no end, I went ahead and purchased some of the items featured in this clip. I just made the order yesterday and have not received them. I did use the 15% off code and it seems like it can be reused.

Likewise but when you need space you gotta adjust. I'm still keeping my existing shelving units for collector's sets and deluxe editions. The rest of the DVDs, BDs, 4Ks (single and double disc ones) will go into the Tarifold. At least I can still keep them at hand, so that's the clincher. I don't have to store them away somewhere.

Started using these slips and boxes a few months ago for my not so limited purchases…Extremely pleased with how much space it’s saved, letting me highlight the boxsets, slipcases and beautiful artwork put out by the boutique labels.

I’ve arranged mine alphabetically and mimic the contents of my shelves, so I can easily identify what genres are in each and as you flip through you can see the most of the front cover, which is honestly a bit more fun than the spine. Alternatively you can arrange them within the shelves and pull them out just enough for the spine to be visible.

Kept a small box of spare cases of various colors & capacities, but the rest were luckily accepted by my local library who still circulates physical media.

Also available to purchase through Amazon, for those interested.

I just did the same after seeing this video. Haha. Although my collection is small comparatively to others here, so is the small home office I have room to store them in. I'm trying to limit my collection size to the two Prepac shelves I have currently, and I'm running out of space. I'm not ready to ditch the cases of my 4K or blu-rays, but I made the decision to put my remaining DVDs in sleeves and regain some space that should last me for quite a while.

I seem to be on a roll lately with reference discs being viewed, but you can add two more to the list. I am not sure how I feel about the movie itself, but the last 25 minutes or so of Civil War was a full on audio assault that I can see popping in for any naysayer of Atmos and its capabilities. Tough to watch at times and certainly not the feel good hit of the summer, but it was very well executed.

On the other hand, I was surprised how much I enjoyed Gran Turismo as it was a good antidote after Civil War. Drop dead gorgeous video with a perfect Atmos track that moves to the top of the list if someone wants to hear what a bunch of REL Predators can do. A Hollywood-ized story, but it still managed to grab you with its underdog story.

Agree, one of the best uses of Atmos. Have to pass on the movie itself, not a re-watch title for us. Really disliked the silent photo inserts.

Did you (or anyone else) notice the soft cuts* in Dune: Pt II? They were not very many but the ones there were very distracting. Also a lot of handheld camera was used but for the most part it was fairly steady. One would think a tentpole budget movie could afford the use of a Steadicam.

*Soft cut: a change of one scene to another with a rapid dissolve between the scenes. The dissolve duration is only a few frames.
