Hopefully the Fun City Editions blu-ray will have Phoebe's song because it was missing from the Universal/StudioCanal European DVD. I also hope they interview Joel Diamond (the writer/producer of the song). He shouldn't be hard to contact because he's on YouTube and has a website:

Out of all those, other than Paradise, I would love to see an official release for ''Ange et La Femme (Angel & The Woman).

I had a VSoM boot tape of that thirty years ago and it was so smeary and murky that it was impossible to make anything out. Unfortunately it would probably be a hard sell for any label.

Great shout. My VHS is worn out. Love the cover art on my UK copy. So many gems like this missing on disc, hence why I bore people to death about how re-releases are boring! At least Fun City is stepping up to the plate.

I wonder if VSoM got that from me as I used to trade with them. My copy was a composite that I made of a English edition subtitled version recorded directly from a broadcast with the hard core oral sex scene added from the French release. My version looked good, so it's possible that they just picked up the French release and subtitled it.

This was thirty years ago exactly, and I can't remember much about it other than exteriors in snow looked blown out and interiors looked naturally lit and consequently dim and murky as hell. B&W too, so no color to help differentiate objects. I don't recall any subtitles, but maybe there were. I don't think I ever watched it all the way through. The PQ strained my patience.

I'm nostalgic for a lot of things, but not paying $25 a pop for poorly duped foreign sourced movies on VHS.

So what did you think of the film, vortexx?

The RSL library whiteberry posted has a few gems I'd gladly put down day one money on: Bedroom Eyes, One Night Only, Prefect Timing and most importantly Separate Vacations.

Is there a way to add a secondary UPC to a movie?

The copy of that I received from DiabolikDVD has 760137150275 as the number - the last 3 digits are different from what's on this site.

Edit: and also it's Region B compatible (despite the box showing the symbol for Region A only) - so maybe it should be another edition? Or maybe not.

It's the same and it is region B compatible despite what it says on the packaging

It has already been confirmed in the listing that it will play region A and B

Aha I just now noticed that this release actually has two different bar codes. I missed the one on the slip cover itself, which matches the number on the site. The one on the plastic box insert is the one I copied above.

I'm sad, i got many troubles in my life recently, it took me two months of my life and its gonna take some more in the future but for now it's okay. I mean, im sad because i missed the slipcover bundle on stranger kiss

Otherwise, things are going a little better for me now and i still have a lot to watch, especially the last three releases from FCE, before strangers kiss and Bad Company. Im so much in for a new Jeff Bridges movie! Thanks to Fun City for making me discover this actor

I haven't been online on the forum for a bit, so sorry for the delay in replying. I did watch the entire film and at the time, I couldn't find much info on it. I was a fan of Carole Laure, so I taped it off the Bravo channel which was subtitled, but I didn't find out until a bit later that an uncut version existed with unsaturated oral sex. I found a copy of that and made a composite. It is a weird film and I'm not sure if I liked it as a movie as the narrative was pretty experimental and didn't always work. My copy didn't have blown out exteriors but the interiors were dark - even on the broadcast. I haven't watched the film since the 90s and I honestly don't feel like I will watch it again in the near future. You didn't really miss out on much.
