I cannot confirm Atmos, but it is listed in the menu, on the packaging and as part of this scan. The film's end credits also include a logo for Dolby Atmos.

You're referring to the US disc from Lionsgate, not this Canadian disc from VVS Films.
For anyone interested in this film's BD edition, make sure you avoid Lionsgate's US edition: it's riddled with atrocious banding and terrible compression issues (some of the nighttime scenes are just a big smudge of greyish-brown with no detail whatsoever). I simply can't understand how the reviewer could call the technical merits as "solid" and detail levels "remarkably consistent" - they're not.
I purchased a second copy of this, namely the German edition from Koch, and the difference in picture quality is unbelievable - no banding whatsoever, very good detail in dark scenes, and just plain brilliant everywhere else. The bitrate and disc size appear to be very similar to the Canadian edition (see above), so maybe that's a good one too.
By the way, I had a very similar experience with Lionsgate's "Beau is Afraid" - so much banding and awful compression in so many places. Again, the German edition, from Leonine, is way better (although not perfect either).
I can't understand the quality control of some of these studios and how they can put out such terrible encodes of recent films. Lionsgate is now permanently on my blacklist.
