I saw this on the local news yesterday. I think one of the co-anchors joked and called it "Flick-fil-a".

The Cathy family (owners of Chick Fil A) are the owners of Trilith Studios. Easy to assume this would be part of the reason. Trilith has been involved in a lot of the recent MCU movies/shows (like an east coast Hollywood?). Sounds like they want to make their own family-friendly content in their back yard. It’s not like they have to go anywhere to get it done; they already own their own studios.
