Smile Alfred Hitchcock Presents on Blu-ray restored Petition

Looks like someone started a petition to get Alfred Hitchcock Presents restored and on blu-ray. Can't hurt to sign it at least.

I support this wholeheartedly. It doesn’t appear the entire ten seasons ever saw even a DVD release.

Great idea! ...albeit seven signatures in two years is not that promising...

Actually Via Vison Australia got a complete release on DVD :

Alfred-hitchcock-presents-the-complete-series
Alfred-hitchcock-hour-the-complete-series

Note; all discs are NTSC (no PAL-speedup issues) and region-free.

I learned of that shortly after posting. I’m looking into it as a possibility now. Thank you for confirming that.

Streaming? What’s streaming?

I get that you have to have multiple poll options, but I find it hilarious that there’s a “No” option.

Not quite. Some eps are missing due to copyright issues and the PQ of some eps is pretty bad.

I finally pulled the trigger tonight. Bought both sets from Via Vision for $100 each. Strange inconsistency in having the three-season set be the same price as the seven-season set. Being in the U.S., I had to add an additional $75ish to my order to qualify for the free shipping. They were out of stock on so many items it was really hard to do, and the site kept emptying out my cart as I browsed it shopping for the titles to bring my total up.

At this point, even if we do get a Blu-ray set, if these DVDs are decent, I’m no longer likely to upgrade after this investment. Very excited to begin watching this series though!
