Has anyone else noticed periodic flashings of light throughout episodes? Mostly in night shots of the city, or in the Arrow cave. As an example, watch episode 2 -- at the beginning of Chapter 4 when they're having a team meeting, or at the end of the episode when Lance and Oliver chat in the police headquarters after the mother/daughter reunion.
Anyone know what this is? Noticed another reviewer witnessed it. Disabling "super resolution" and other settings seems to help, but it is still somewhat noticeable. Could it just be a few defective copies? Note: The Netflix streams do not seem to have this issue, although this could simply be not noticeable due to the lower resolution.
