Yes, I say the pricing for 4K. It is $10 more than the normal release for a 4K. Disney is really milking the money for this.

No: SW: the last Jedi and Black Panther were the first ones (and only so far); TLJ got another later edition in the SW Collection without it.
TLJ should be MEL, BP should be FEL. As for D&W, we'll find when it's available
