Looks like bad (but expected) news about a complete series blu-ray set.

Releasing on September 24 will be DVDs for Season 7 and for the complete series. No mention of BDs.

I'm sure they could release a complete series Blu-Ray release in the following year or so. Succession is preparing for a complete series Blu-Ray release later this year, so it could do the same. Some popular HBO shows that hasn't gotten a Blu-Ray release yet like Barry and The White Lotus were one of them.

For myself, I thought she was the most interesting character on the show. I'm surprised she wasn't asked to be on the Georgie & Mandy show.

What is the point of fretting that this and TBBT are flawless continuity wise? TBBT is not that kind of show.* And Young Sheldon is clearly for different tastes. If they announced tomorrow that the shows have no connection between them whatsoever, what difference would it make to the inherent qualities of either show? None whatsoever. They might as well be different universes.

(TBBT is the kind of show where actors appear playing different characters through the years and stuff like that. You would be as well getting precious about the continuity in Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley, Mork and Mindy and so on. Including the animated shows)

There's a lot of it around. Sounds like some folks' sole ambition was that this series would end seamlessly joining up with TBBT like it was one big show with immaculate supercontinuity.

And yes. The internet is largely a platform for people to fixate on and fabricate trifles that they ordinarily would and should be ashamed of wasting energy browbeating people with in the real world.

I mean, Young Sheldon doesn't watch sci-fi movies, doesn't read superhero comics, doesn't come across like a little nerd, only like a genius child.

It shows in the show later on when he starts to read comics. The family is poor they live pay check to pay check and he didn’t have cable for the longest time and it seems like it was hard for him to watch tv cause of his family watching when they want. He got to only watch 2 shows when he was home.

Received S6 and S7 YS blus a couple of days ago. Took awhile after the 9/24 release date because they're MODs.

So happy we got the complete series.
