A follow up question to anyone who's done this procedure recently:
Does the data in your virtual memory cards (PS1/PS2) also get backed-up for restoration? WAY back when I first got my 60GB, I backed-up the data, formatted the HDD, and then restored the data (just to run through the system's features). The only thing that didn't come back was that memory card data. However, I think a subsequent firmware update may have cured that issue. Can anyone confirm? |
