The Wombles is actually a Fabulous title so should be in their thread.
http://www.fabulousfilms.com/products/875 I assume Spirit wholesale their titles to retailers on behalf of Fabulous who are producing it. All these ex Network ITV titles from Spirit is good news coming back in print. As with OGM and Fremantle the real value is if they start releasing new ITV content and not just reprinting OOP Network stuff. |

Well, that spine only has the Spirit logo and it's listed as Spirit Entertainment.
No doubt there's a connection but I think it makes sense to have them separate as Uncle Bulgaria used to say about plastic and polystyrene. Criterion use Spirit for their distribution and we wouldn't be wanting to mix the Wombles with Akira Kurosawa. Oh, wait a minute ![]() |
