I totally understand. I think I watched an hour and a half but it felt more like four hours. I turned it off. Just couldn't get through it. I understand the directors vision, I just didn't share it.

That's one of the most respectable ways I've seen someone share an opinion of a movie on here I for one appreciated your choice of words, as opposed to saying something along the lines of "this movie was incredibly slow and therefore sucked" or "people that don't appreciate these types of movies must have no taste." Not that you were asking for my praise or support, but I wish more people on here shared your mindset/ways of expression and wanted to recognize it

I'm looking forward to this one. IMO, this was the best film of its release year, and I'd even put it in the top twenty films of the 21st century so far.
