The Kaleidescape system is ideal for videophiles and audiophiles. Other people buying a Kaleidescape system are people with a 7 or 6 figure yearly income. Also retired billionaires and multi-millionaires that want the best in picture and sound quality. Many people can afford the Kaleidescape system, but they also have to make time to watch the system. People that are retired are more likely to lay out the money for a huge Kaleidescape system with multi-room setup. Movie Directors and CEO's with large families. Also it is good the Kaleidescape company is expanding into commercial theater business chains and is not just doing consumer sells.

For a large home or Mansion its common for people to have 10 to 30+ Smart TV’s and/or projectors. Connecting a streaming box like Apple TV ($149) or Google TV ($99.99) with 1,000Mbps ethernet connection is the norm. Some people also have 10 or more digital cable TV boxes or satellite TV boxes.
