Thanks all for the replies
To be honest I forgot about this forum post once it appeared to have been fixed but today I was watching a 4K movie and it happened again.

But I would like to ask, because I have been reading that some ppl apparently have the PS5 HDMI output directly to the TV and then use the eARC output from the TV to the AVR to have the surround sound.
Is that another possibility?
