Never heard of Witch From Nepal, but sounds interesting enough. This is an easy pick up.

I watched WITCH FROM NEPAL on Prime this week (in adequate quality with Cantonese audio and English subtitles) and I did not find it to be very good, but THE SEVENTH CURSE and the extras alone make this worth purchasing. One could always resell the WITCH FROM NEPAL disc too if they want.
