I've never seen Legacy, but I know for a fact Tron had edits to it. The 2002 DVD had the film as released. The 2012 remaster removed a significant part of the film's original effects, so hopefully they're decent enough to add it back in.

This. The earlier colour timing for The Sound of Music is the version I grew up with and very much prefer, and I consider it a pretty drastic difference from the 2010 restoration. It's one of the reasons I have never actually picked it up in HD. I wouldn't be interested in a 4K if it maintained the 2010 look.
