Go outside brother. You need some fresh air and some perspective.

Spend all day fuming online over a simple price mistake is my guess.

I’m not mad because this was obviously a mistake. It is frustrating, though, that some shipped and some did not. That doesn’t make any sense. They should have either canceled them all or shipped them all.

Maybe, or maybe till you stop replying. Seems like you're more concerned about my reaction than I am.

Just thank Jesus that you're able to put orders in at least.

“I’m only still replying because you’re replying! You seem more concerned than I do!”

…makes another post below

Classic gaslighting.

Do you know what gaslighting means? Where was I "fuming" in that post below? So you just want me to stop posting period?

Of course it's disappointing to have your order cancelled (like mine, except my own error of a title I already have). But if honoring all was not financially feasible, I still think honoring some is better than cancelling all!! That's life; sometimes you're one of the luckier ones and sometimes not.

They canceled my deep blu sea. But maybe still getting the Shaw Scope set? Although it hasn’t shipped yet, they seem to have charged me as if I did the 2 for 60 rather than 3 for 70. Still a great deal if it ships, but kind of messed up they’d switch deals because of something THEY cancelled. What if they cancel my 1 box set too, would they try to charge full price for 1 item? That would take it into bait and switch territory imo.

I figured the Shaw bros and Hellraiser were a mistake. Didn’t seem too crazy for Deep Blue Sea or Demolition man, other than maybe it would blow through their “limited editions”.

It's a natural response to be disappointed, but some people take it too far and blame an inadvertent mistake for popping their balloon. Then they try to hold someone accountable for it. I fell prey to this a few years ago with Gruv at eBay when they had 4K pricing errors and many got their items, but all I got was a sorry ass form letter of cancellation along with a promotion for their eBay store.I was disappointed and I did fire off an email of complaint, which made me feel better for about five minutes, even though it probably went straight to their Trash folder.

This is like not getting an invitation to the biggest kid's birthday party of the year while all the other kids in class got theirs. Sure, it hurts and it's frustrating and disappointing, but overreacting to it only makes it worse, even though it's hard to contain it. I missed out on this "mistake sale" completely so I don't have any horse in the race, but to everyone who is letting their disappointment soar too much, remember that even if there were movies here you have wanted to own for your entire life, they will still be available again and then you just have to suck up your OCD that someone got them cheaper through a glitch and try to get them for the best price YOU yourself can get them for. It's not a competition.

They cancelled my entire order this morning. It's a huge disappointment, but I totally understand. It sucks that they permitted some, and cancelled others. But, I am happy that some did get an amazing deal off of this. I was just really hoping to at least get Shawscope Vol. 3 and the Hellraiser set approved, as I really wanted to watch those.

It is what it is, and I shall move-on to other things.

That's the best mentality to have with price mistakes like this.

It sure seems like a common theme that orders with any Shawscope sets were cancelled...

Yeah, I was lucky this time, but I've had a few times ordering something on Amazon that turned out to be a pricing error and they straight up cancelled my order. Others were lucky enough to have their orders go through, and that's disappointing for me, but cool for the people that got the bargains.

Other than the pre-orders, I don't think there was much commonality to what was cancelled. I've seen some people who ordered both Shawscope boxes and had them ship. I think it was just someone at Arrow figured too many orders had gone out and put a stop to it.
