I moved at the end of 2022, so it's been a couple of years now. I live in a village near Frankfurt, but work in Mainz-Kastel. Living by the Rhine river would have been nice, but I can't complain. I like the short commute to work and there are enough walking/biking paths around to see interesting things nearby.

Funnily enough, my cellphone does help me map out and find sights worth seeing.

Wow, very cool. Can you remind me where you moved from? How long do you expect to be in Germany for? I had a great vacation there back in 2015 and would love to return someday. I started in Berlin and ended in Vienna. Have you explored the country much and do you have a vehicle?
