I also gave my ultimate collectors edition set to my friend who loves this film more than me, as I was expecting a box set (though was not expecting a Steelbook one).

Put in an order with Zavvi just in case. I can always cancel later if a U.S. set is cheaper, but the Mad Max and Matrix steelbook collections were only released in Europe, so I'm not expecting a U.S. set.
