This happened to me and now you can reorder the item. But they won't give me a delivery date for my original order.

And when you put it in your cart it tells you it’s unavailable. Walmart is a ****ing shitshow. I just complained to Universal on Instagram about how awful and insulting this release is to consumers and the filmmakers that Walmart botched this so badly.

I saw that. It said delivery by 2/11. I added it to my cart and when I went to check out, it said the item is not available. So maybe our copies will ship today or tomorrow and we'll get them on 2/11. Fingers crossed.

My 11/22 order got cancelled as I expected - due to a payment issue. As I said before, I had to get the card I had used for it replaced due to unauthorized charges, and there was no way for me to update my payment method.

I honestly think everybody’s stalled order getting a delayed update is a good sign, especially since they are hitting up your credit cards. Again, that is what happened to my 2nd order I did this week, it went to delayed before they later updated it to shipped.

They probably only put a handful online.

I can’t imagine that many people buying it so quickly, unless bots were involved.

Stopping by my 3rd store in 3 days. At least this employee is willing to look in the back.

It was sealed, but it was that not so sticky glue that can easily be pulled apart. The Fee Ex app says it weighed a half a pound. The only thing in the package was the packing slip and a piece of cardboard.

Delayed email followed by cancelled minutes later. It was back in stock shortly grabbed another one let’s see how fast that order gets cancelled

And...she came back with a box full of DVDs, BDs, and 4ks, but no steelbooks. I applaud her effort though!

Walmart Frustration!

I pre-ordered the steelbook the moment it went live and kept an eye on my order, but there was no movement. Then today, I got a text saying my order was delayed, along with a tracking number. Not even two seconds later, another text arrived saying my order was canceled due to a "payment error"—which is absolute nonsense. I use the same card for pre-orders all the time, including at Walmart.

I even went to five different stores across the Tulsa metro, and none had the steelbook in stock. Two stores had placeholders, but no actual copies.

When I called 1-800-WALMART, they blamed my bank and offered me a $25 promo code—but only if I spend $45 first. They also claimed the steelbooks would be back in stock within 1-3 days, which I seriously doubt. Hands down, the worst experience ever!

Maybe 10k units at $39 a pop. Not even a drop in the bucket on their P&L. Walmart won’t care.

I had something similar happen with a vinyl. USPS said it was delivered. You can’t fit that sucker in a mailbox. Nothing on the porch or by the garage. I was like . Then I thought “ah it’s prolly in the car” but nope.

I decided to take a walk to the mailbox. It’s a long driveway but not Richie Rich long. It was at the very end up against a freaking tree! Mailman was too lazy to bring the oversized package to my door.

Well that's probably because the first orders are from the warehouse were the recent one is getting delivered from a local Walmart having it in-stock.
