This happened to me and now you can reorder the item. But they won't give me a delivery date for my original order.

And when you put it in your cart it tells you it’s unavailable. Walmart is a ****ing shitshow. I just complained to Universal on Instagram about how awful and insulting this release is to consumers and the filmmakers that Walmart botched this so badly.

I saw that. It said delivery by 2/11. I added it to my cart and when I went to check out, it said the item is not available. So maybe our copies will ship today or tomorrow and we'll get them on 2/11. Fingers crossed.

My 11/22 order got cancelled as I expected - due to a payment issue. As I said before, I had to get the card I had used for it replaced due to unauthorized charges, and there was no way for me to update my payment method.
I honestly think everybody’s stalled order getting a delayed update is a good sign, especially since they are hitting up your credit cards. Again, that is what happened to my 2nd order I did this week, it went to delayed before they later updated it to shipped. |

It was sealed, but it was that not so sticky glue that can easily be pulled apart. The Fee Ex app says it weighed a half a pound. The only thing in the package was the packing slip and a piece of cardboard.

Walmart Frustration!
I pre-ordered the steelbook the moment it went live and kept an eye on my order, but there was no movement. Then today, I got a text saying my order was delayed, along with a tracking number. Not even two seconds later, another text arrived saying my order was canceled due to a "payment error"—which is absolute nonsense. I use the same card for pre-orders all the time, including at Walmart. I even went to five different stores across the Tulsa metro, and none had the steelbook in stock. Two stores had placeholders, but no actual copies. When I called 1-800-WALMART, they blamed my bank and offered me a $25 promo code—but only if I spend $45 first. They also claimed the steelbooks would be back in stock within 1-3 days, which I seriously doubt. Hands down, the worst experience ever! |
