Just got home from a 9.5 hour logistics shift and a 5 mile dreadmill run, reading a bit before bed.

Going to my car audio guy to pinpoint the problem in my system. Almost certainly the car's "luxury" amplifier, but want to be sure as they are expensive to repair. Even a re-manufactured one is $600+; I can send it our for repair for about $400. Unfortunately, everything runs through it, so I cannot just bypass it.

About to drop off some packages and a birthday card at the post office. Then I dunno, probably come back here and continue binging Cobra Kai. My motivation lately has been lacking tremendously. I do need to decide if I'm donating my old TV stand to Goodwill or just throwing it in the dumpster.

The first two bikes are the Scout 101s. They do look good

I have not gotten a bike yet but I'm hoping next month or soon after. Right now the plan is to get a more expensive cruiser and then eventually get a cheaper dual sport. I know nothing about bikes so I'm just going with what I'm learning when I research. I was thinking about Honda, Kawasaki or Yamaha for the dual sport but then we do have a dealer in the area that sells Husqvarna and KTM.

Another frigid morning here (-2 F/ -19 C) as I prepare to leave for the hospital 105 miles away.

Today I am having the small nerves at the L5/S1 vertebrae in my lower back burned by inserting a half dozen needles heated to 176 degrees F (80 C) into my spine. Last time I was given three injections of Fentanyl during the procedure.

This is the second time that I am having this done as the benefits typically only last 6-12 months. I got 10 months relief from the first one done in April 2024.

Finished finally watching the 2024 "Nosferatu" & it was the extended edition on Peacock, I thought it was a nice slow burn horror film.

Also took my dog out for his potty break and then gave him dinner.
