Also noticed another very minor issue - the menu music on the Series 3 discs does not loop like the Series 1-2 discs.

By the way, it looks like each episode has 12 chapters, so skipping to chapter 13 on the combined "Play All" title gets you to the start of the second episode on the disc.

I'll update Via Vision on my findings. I would expect that any disc replacement program will wait until the standard edition is released (i.e. individual series), which I suspect is likely based on the way the discs have been packaged.
I just sent them an email aswell explaining the issue.

Via Vision have just responded to me (it's Monday morning here) and say they will get the production team to do an investigation.

Well, I'm a bit screwed. I preordered this release along with The Neverending Story from ViaVision. The package took forever to get here. When I opened it, it only contained The Neverending Story. They forgot to include my Miss Marple set. ViaVision is closed for the holidays, so they won't even start addressing my issue until January 6.

Ouch. No chance they shipped the two separately?

Just the one shipment. They definitely made a mistake.

Dang. Hopefully they'll sort that out quickly (so far they have been quick to respond to my enquiries), but I can understand the holiday shutdown delay being frustrating!

Any further updates? Will there be replacement discs?

Haven't heard anything, so have sent them another email today to find out if they have a solution (presumably for a future standard edition re-release).

I didn't ask for replacement discs when I originally flagged the issue (since there is a workaround using the play all option and I won't watch them often enough to warrant replacing it for me), but if you're interested in a replacement disc I'd recommend contacting Via Vision to see if they can provide some.

Got a response already.

At this time we do not have any updates on Marple, and there is no Standard Edition planned.

Our production team is aware of the issue, and we will be in touch if there are any solutions we can offer for the issue you describe. At this time, we can only suggest using the Play All function to view all content on each disc.
