Ok guys not sure if right place to post but here goes, just got a new Philips 55 tv PUS558909/12 with a Samsung kd8500 player and TLC8111 soundbar, 3 brand new 8k hdmi cables. If I plug the cables into the soundbar HDMI in and one from hdmi 2 ARC from the soundba into HDMI 2 ARC on tv no picture from Blu Ray player, all settings as far I am aware right on tv. But then if I plug the blu ray direct to hdmi on tv blu ray perfect, what am I doing wrong, as said all settings as far as am aware on tv are set right. Help please

Just make sure the Samsung's HDMI MAIN is plugged into the TCL's HDMI IN, and you've selected HDMI IN with its remote. The Philip's needs to be on HDMI 2 ARC/eARC.

It is that’s why I can’t understand why it’s not coming through

I am not sure about tv settings as there is extra ones that I am not sure about on easy link easy link 2.0 and eArc if these should be on or off but leads defo in right ports

When you plug your Samsung directly into your Philips which HDMI input are you using?

Can you check:

(Home) > Settings > General settings > HDMI Ultra HD > HDMI (port)

Make sure the HDMI 2 ARC/eARC is set to OPTIMAL.
