Some older runner was clearly wearing a diaper and you could see it through his tights. Made for a really nasty rear camel toe.

Second race in a row I smh ran without pooping the morning of the race.

Just got back from running errands. No projects this weekend and just gotta get some laundry started, then I'll be cranking the system since I'll have an empty house most of the weekend. My turntable is a bit dusty.

My fourth no-spend day in a row! Hoooooly moly! I did buy gas on my way to work yesterday but I don't really count that. When I say no-spend days, I mean days where I don't spend any money or days where I may pay a bill but don't spend any money on food. Eating out is what I spend money on most often.

The Container Store is having a BOGO 50% off sale so I may order some more hangers. I actually have over 60 plastic spare hangers right now but I also have a lot of shirts that haven't been washed so a lot of those hangers would get used if the shirts were clean. But I like the wooden ones from The Container Store so I may try and give those hangers away and get new ones.

Oh yeah, I finally got air in my bike tires and it feels much better when I ride now. I think the cold temps had the tires down to less than half the recommended PSI. Today is the first good weather we've had in a few days so I'll plan to ride to work tonight and ride home tomorrow. Not sure when the VTA strike will be over but it's getting a bit old.

Well I don't have any of those things in my tiny studio lol Well I got my PS4 and plenty of games and movies to keep me busy but that's about it. I'll hit somewhere within walking distance tomorrow for a little bite to eat. Wouldn't be surprised if I end up at Taco Bell Cantina which is downtown.

How your urinary and bowel habits affect your marathon running makes for riveting reading.

It almost inspires me to write about how my partial prostatectomy is affecting my waste management. Keyword being: almost.

Well it's just one of those running issues that come up especially during longer races. You try to make it through the race without going, especially in smaller races with almost no place to go number 2. In Surf the Murph I actually took a bag and a roll of toilet paper in case but that wouldn't have been an option in a city race.

It is certainly an aspect of competitive long distance running that many of us had never considered. I learn soooo much at this forum.

Well I never thought about it but those professional marathons come down to such small increments of time. I imagine having to go is probably the main reason sponsored runners would drop out of a race.

On lunch break and when I come back, I’ll have a little under 1.5 hours left. Easy peasy. I was thinking I may eat out today, probably Taco Bell but I’m also thinking that I may make this another no-spend day which would be a record for me lol. After Sunday night’s shift, I’ll be off so I’m going to plan to hit Applebee’s for their new meal deal. If I do eat at Taco Bell today, I could get a breakfast burrito and a bean burrito and get a cheaper soda at a nearby 7-11. We shall see…

Waiting for the pool to open while hoping that the line of storms stays far off enough for me to get my swim in before they close the pool.

Just got back from a good workout at the gym (it was arm day, my favorite...followed by some cardio) and now eating some eggs, canadian bacon and whole wheat toast...with some milk.

To be honest, I haven't shopped for eggs in a long time but based on what everyone in saying, buying eggs is the new status symbol and means that you must be BAAAAALLIN

So let's talk about my day. Come home from work, play PS4 for maybe a half hour. Take a nap and set the alarm for 9:45am. Hit snooze a couple times and not long after 10am, I'm up and out the door. Head down to Taco Bell and get myself 3 bean burritos. Damage is a little over $9. I'd have preferred to spend less but that's okay. Hit 7-11 for m $1 large Big Gulp and see the last custard-filled chocolate bar staring at me. Okay, you're coming with me. Polish off the doughnut and decide to save most of the Big Gulp for when I get home. As I'm nearing my apartment, I realize that I don't have my keys. $180 locksmith visit later and I'm back home At least the whole thing didn't take too long but damn it sucked!

My lock used to be with a fob and a pad. You would leave your apartment and from the outside, you would lock it. Well I lost the fob at work a month and a half ago so I had the lock replaced by the property. For free, they swapped the old lock out for a traditional lock. With this lock, I can lock the apartment from inside and then pull the door closed behind me and that's exactly what I did. Anyway, I don't deal with a lot of bullshit like this so I can't really complain. I got locked out of my apartment for a short time and had to spend $180 and someone else is going to get into a car accident (hopefully not a bad one) as soon as I hit submit, so again, I can't complain too much...although I sure like to complain a lot

Over a 3 day span, I drove countless hours, which ended up being 51 trips. St Patty's is always my busiest day/weekend each year for my driving. So I'm pretty tired, and back at my main job today, which afterwards I have an interview with another company. Luck of the Irish!

I did have it a couple of times during the mid 2000s. One of the most uncomfortable and weird experiences ever.
I had it around '17. Doctor said it was due to stress. It was isolated to my torso and extremely painful.

Another busy week here. Taking one thing at a time. The Cable boys on Wednesday should be fun.

With eggs? How much did THAT cost to make?

Picked up some hangers from The Container Store, got a haircut, stopped by Uhaul to ask a few questions and now having Applebee's version of the 3 For Me. The delicious burger that I'm having includes endless fries. I had already started eating the fries before I took the picture so you get a bit more than what's shown on the plate.
