It seems that, at the very least, it is lacking the English subtitles from the VS release, but there are hints that many of the other elements are copied over from the American version. I have just ordered it, I love this film so am happy to have a backup version. I fully expect it to be the 3-DFA's restoration, same goes for Parasite. The review even suggests an anaglyph version is included too.

You never know how long German mediabooks are around for so I would recommend picking them up if for whatever reason the US releases are no good for you.
