I just hope they release as many horrors as possible, that otherwise might not get a blu ray in the UK.

Scooped up "Archive" on Blu-ray, which was only released on DVD and digital stateside. Dazzler came in clutch.

Totally agree. I was just giving one example of horror films that haven't yet had a physical media release in the UK.

I've been more interested in the television series side of Dazzler's releases, but The Deep House, He Never Left and The Jester have boosted my interest in the film side of this UK label.

Checked the Blu-ray pre-order section on HMV's website earlier, and He Never Left is now available to pre-order on there.

I'm in for Popeye's Revenge, i already bought the blu of Cuckoo so doubt i'll upgrade as i thought it was fairly mediocre. Till Death was an OK watch on streaming, but not one i'll pick up.

That caught my eye after the Oscar nod and looks like something I'll enjoy. I assume LG only bought the theatrical rights and wouldn't know what to do with it for home video which is a shame because they could of put money behind promoting it. There has to be a better fit for this type of film too than Dazzler. As least they have the trailer on their Youtube.

Myself and others have posted articles from UK press and online documenting what a mess film distribution is in the UK these days.

The money for niche films like these on home video has died as they used to be regular DVD buyers for these titles but they haven't moved to BD and are happy to wait for streaming or TV.

There is though still a niche cinema market that makes limited cinema runs possible as an audience with the likes of Curzon, Picturehouse and the independents. Used to be Everyman but ours has long since sold out to only show mainstream Hollywood fare.

After Sacred Fig they must have a Lionsgate licensing agreement. This had its delayed theatrical release cancelled and sent to Prime Video.
