Ok, can someone clue me in to what's going on with yesasia? I just tried ordering a HK dvd from their site and when I get to checkout, it tells me i can't have it shipped to my location. I've never had a problem before so what's going on? Does this have anything to do with U.S. tariffs? Had no problems with Korea or Japan.

Do you get that message every time you order a disc from them?
I sometimes get that message on Amazon for discs with I guess strong legislation of where it can be sold. I'm from the UK so this probably does not help but I ordered a BD from YA last week and got no messages like that. I'm sorry I can not be of more help. Someone who is better informed should be along to help soon though. |

Yeah, I got this too, which was unfortunate. I just ordered some of the same items from DVDRoad on Ebay as a temporary workaround, and HongKongDVDPoster has many of the same movies, though I'm not sure if they will also be affected. Hopefully, the Korean and Japanese sites don't start having issues as well. Was going to order from Yukipalo/wdpung2 and CDJapan, then this stuff started happening.

Hong Kong sellers like DVDRoad and HongKongPosterDVD are also dealing with this, too, not just Yesasia. I just received a message from the seller I bought from stating that they tried the HK Post, no go. I sent them a message asking if I could use DHL or FedEx, if that would even solve the issue. I've yet to hear back from them, though.
