Edia has a new crowdfunding project, this time to bring a few 16 but games from Nihon Telenet to Nintendo Switch. They are calling it Telenet Revival Project, and the Telenet Shooting Collection is first. It includes 4 games with a planned release date of June 2023, anyone interested in backing can get a code for 6,000円 vs the retail price of 7480円. If it is successfully funded I expect they will partner with LRG again for the international physical copies. FYI, their previous releases were Japanese language only, only the international versions included other languages. Games included are:
Granada (MD) Avenger (PCE) Gaiares (MD) Psychic Storm (PCE) Crowdfunding: https://www.makuake.com/project/telenet-revival/ Official site: https://www.telenet-revive.com/ News: https://www.gematsu.com/2022/11/edia...-em-up-gaiares |

The campaign ended successfully yesterday, funded very close to the deadline so maybe the shooting collection didn’t strike a chord like the Valis and Cosmic Fantasy collections. There is a “thank you” tweet where the team mentions only a few projects left, I hope there is an international release on the horizon.

Telenet Shooting Collection II announced with four PC-Engine "classics" available August 28 for 7,480円 (standard) or 14,080円 (collectors edition). No international release announced yet afaik.
https://www.telenet-revive.com/tsc2-info I just commented in the Xbox forum that Final Zone (Genesis/Mega Drive) is available for current consoles (id@Xbox was advertising it) and how great it would be to get FZII with the original TG16 voice overs. Will it happen? Probably not! But if LRG releases it internationally we will likely get some level of translation, even if Edia doesn't include some of the worst voice acting in game history with the initial release.
