Oh well, now they’ll see a massive decrease in physical media sales I suppose and might adjust accordingly? Honestly if a lot of the prices are similar to HMV or Rarewaves, most of us won’t bother with them unless it’s significantly cheaper. That’s why I was holding off placing an order - to hit the £50 minimum, and was only going to order stuff I really wanted. When I first used them I found myself trawling through, finding bargains and therefore spending £50+ too frequently.

I guess now I will revert back to the old days of occasionally preordering from HMV or direct with labels occasionally, maybe Rarewaves if it’s payday, and otherwise scaling back on preorders altogether. I suppose eventually a lot of this stuff will be in sales/promotions elsewhere but there’s of course the risk of things going OOP all of a sudden (it’s harder to guess what will and won’t these days).
