Fans of Stray, here's something interesting with a cat exploring.

It has potential, but I hope the cat can go in different directions as it seems to only go directly forward. Cats tend to wander often, not stay in a straight path.

$19.99 is a nice price for disc games that aren't must-play right away games.

For Robocop Rogue City, digitally, that went on sale for 8.99 on PS store this past week. Even cheaper than a disc would ever be brand new. It's like they're rewarding patience. Now if everyone followed that pattern, the industry would shift to lower pricing or go out of business. I think the industry is safe as there are a lot of gamers who will buy most new games right away. I usually wait unless it's a must-play now game, which is more rare these days.

Indie developers I tend to support full price on release day more than AAA.

I read somewhere that ND is working on a 2nd game that's as yet unannounced alongside Intergalactic but also read on Eurogamer Physint isn't due out for a few years so it might well be a PS6 launch title and cross gen from Sony.

Copycat is on my wishlist, loved Stray. I'd have the platinum, if it weren't for two annoying trophies.

As for Robocop: Rogue City, I added it to my PSN library when it was a PS+ Essential title.

I'll play it eventually, wanna rewatch the original films first.

I'd love for them to be working on The Last of Us: Part III or an Uncharted spinoff, but we'll just have to wait and see if that's true.

I have a good guess what that 2nd game is.

Come on, spill your theory.

Personally i wish it was another new IP but i would love them to do a remake for Jak & Daxter. Go towards a lighter IP because we have had a lot of mature IPs already from them the last gen or so. Uncharted is lighter in tone than how Intergalactic looks but i mean brighter on the level of Ratchet. Especially after their last comments by Sony on leveraging their wealth of IPs.

Speaking of another cat themed game, here's a new game in a classic PS1-style platformer genre.

That Gori game demo was surprisingly fun. I should get the full game but a generous demo is sometimes too generous and gives too much of a sense of a full game but in demo form. I hate to say that as I enjoy generous demos, but to the point that if there is too much offered, I might not buy the full game. Just one small section is sometimes more than enough for a demo but these developers are offering a lot more.

A friend played the demo and really liked it, plus what trailers/gameplay I've seen looked great.

Yes, Little Kitty Big City looks good. That is on PC too.
The Copy Cat game demo is free on PS Store. I played it. Once the game finally lets you take control of the cat, it's not bad although you're stuck inside the house and can't seem to zoom the camera in for a closer view. Not bad though, but the intro took too long for a demo to start full control of the cat and no way to skip through it. Seems like an interesting story if cats could understand language fully beyond command words.

There is another cat game that is now available but mixed reviews.

Cat Life Simulator. There is a flood of cat games on or arriving for PS5 these days. I like how it lets you explore seemingly right away. The city looks decent.

I mean I assume it's Last of Us 3 or likely so given all the cryptic information about it.

Here's a fun looking game. Apparently 3rd person view in addition to 1st, and playable offline with bots. I watched some gameplay and you can explore more than the room, fighting other toys.

OFFLINE PLAY FOR SOLO PLAYERS
Not everybody likes to play online. Hypercharge supports Offline, Split-Screen and Local play. You can progress and unlock everything in-game while playing solo.

Quote:
Hypercharge PS5 29.99
HELP SGT. MAX AMMO TO DEFEAT MAJOR EVIL AND SAVE THE HYPERCORE!

There was once an ancient line of action figures, who created a magical power source that would allow humans to keep their favourite childhood memories of their toys. This ancient power source is known as the Hypercore. Inside the Hypercore are the beloved memories of our favorite toys. If Major Evil destroys it, these memories will disappear forever. Defend it with everything you've got, or see our cherished toys turn into lost treasures of the past!

If you grew up watching classic toy movies and playing with action figures, get ready for the ultimate action figure game! Hypercharge takes you back to the original drawing board of action shooters, with no pay-to-progress, weapon meta, or slide cancelling. Just simple, light-hearted, casual fun!

Hypercharge is a first and third-person shooter action figure game you've always dreamed of! Grab your friends, complete objectives, defend the Hypercore against waves of weaponized toys, and defeat Major Evil together in the story campaign!

Key Features
● 1-4 player online/local co-op.
● Full split-screen support including online/local.
● Single player/offline play with player bots.
● Difficulty scales based on the number of players.
● Wave-based shooter with story campaign.
● Classic PvP game modes. (up to eight players)
● First and third-person camera modes.

PLAY ONLINE CO-OP WITH YOUR FRIENDS
Work together as a team to defend the Hypercore. Grab a friend, break out of your toy packaging, and get ready to fight waves of classic toys. Prepare for each wave by searching for weapons, resources, and even hidden secrets.

OFFLINE PLAY FOR SOLO PLAYERS
Not everybody likes to play online. Hypercharge supports Offline, Split-Screen and Local play. You can progress and unlock everything in-game while playing solo.

SPLIT-SCREEN
Grab a second controller and jump in! Hypercharge lets you play the entire game in Split-Screen, with up to four-player co-op and PvP, both Online and Local. Team up and experience it all side-by-side on the couch.

PLAYER VERSUS PLAYER MODES
Go head-to-head against other action figures as you fight to become top of the scoreboard! Classic PvP modes include Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Battery, Infection, and King of the Hill.

PLAYER BOTS
Don’t have a team to play with? Don’t worry, we’ve got you solo players covered. Player bots listen to your commands, collect resources, and even help to build defences.

UNLOCK ACTION FIGURES
In Hypercharge, hundreds of unlocks are available, all of which can be earned directly in-game without any microtransactions.

Search advanced by title or post, can't find the Hell is Us thread here, but rather than create a new one, I'll post this gameplay here.

Looks interesting.

Alters for PS5 looks like it has impressive graphics. A survival game, although it reminds me of Death Stranding, collecting items in a barren land.

34.99 PS5 game I think, available now.

Speaking of which, Tormented 2 is being planned for PS5 soon. The Tormented 1 demo was good I thought, on PS4 and has a very old-school tank controls style for a horror game like RE 1, 2 and 3.

This trailer offers zero gameplay. As usual with so many of these trailers.

Yes, if you like that style of classic gameplay, give the free demo for Tormented 1 PS4 a try on PS5 (or PS4). It was good but not easy surviving the hallways.

That was a real surprise game and I don't know why it wasn't at the Summer's Game Fest this June. Looks really good. It lets you play through the T2 story line also.
