That's the NU IMAGE/Millennium Films catalog!...it was housed at FilmRise previously, some of the titles would only be partial rights; i.e TV broadcast, Theatrical screenings and some physical media; there are some titles there that the physical media rights are with Miramax/Paramount and some with Lionsgate, doubt Lionsgate will let go of any Rambo or Expendables film, and Kino just licensed Undisputed from Paramount.

There is a lot of Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Steven Seagal, Wesley Snipes, Scott Adkins and Chuck Norris fare there that has not been released on BD in the USA there. And Shout! will probably fumble a release and release stupid double features instead of single BD per film releases, I hope they do website exclusives of Van Damme's In Hell, Derailed, and Until Death individually. And Dolph Lundgrens' Bridge of Dragons, The Peacekeeper, The Russian Specialist, Sweepers and Detention. Chuck Norris' The Cutter and Forrest Warrior (in correct OAR), Wesley Snipes Unstoppable (as a single BD), Steven Seagals' Submerged, Ticker and Today You Die should have their own single BD release.

My 2 cents:
Angel Has Fallen ...I don't think Lionsgate has lost the physical rights.
Automata (A.Banderas) .... deserves a 4K release
Bad Lieutenant Port of call New Orleans (Nic Cage, Val Kilmer).... deserves a 4K release
Blood Of The Innocents (Rutger Hauer/Thomas Ian Griffith) ....deserves a BD release.
Blind Horizon (V. Kilmer) ....deserves a BD release.
The Break UP (K. Sutherland, Bridget Fonda) ....deserves a BD release.
BRIDGE OF DRAGONS (DOLPH LUNDGREN)..deserves a 4K/BD release.
Brooklyn's Finest ...deserves a 4K release however this title is at LIONSGATE via Anchor Bay's acquisition.
The Cleaner (Sam L Jackson, (D) Renny Harlin) ....deserves a BD release.
COLD HARVEST (Gary Daniels, Barbara Crampton,(D) Isaac Florentine) ...deserves a BD release.
THE CUTTER (CHUCK NORRIS) ....deserves a BD release.
DERAILED (JEAN CLAUDE VAN DAMME) ....deserves a BD release.

Very optimistic for a BOYKA 4K now.

Damn yeah, looks like they're saying that (was discussed in the blu thread). I don't understand how they (or others) keep "losing" negatives. They "lost" the Day of the Dead Internegative, they "lost" the Sleepaway OCN, there have been a couple othjers that somehwat recently they scanned the OCN, then suddenly it's "lost".

How do you "lose" something like that?

Why did you sell those awhile ago?
I never got the original Deathstalker set, missed the limited little we found more promotion, and have continually put off buying a Region B set, so I'll grab those in 4k, when on sale. Would like to see 3+4 get a blu.
I guess I'll sell my SF Sleepaway sequels with the 4ks coming. But what if the slip art isn't as good on the 4ks? I thought poltergeist 2 blu slip to poltergeist 2 4k original art was a downgrade.

I did. I was referencing other times in the past where eBay sellers were scalping Blu-rays because they saw that a 4K was announced.

This is the first time I have bought directly from the Scream site in forever.

Silver Bullet 4K and Rolling Thunder 4K both showed up in great shape a week or so ago.

Dead Silence 4K arrived without a slipcover, which is no big deal, because I had assumed that the slip was long sold out, but the plastic case was destroyed and the sleeve was torn badly. I took photos of the damaged item and contacted Shout, who mailed a replacement.

My replacement Dead Silence 4K arrived today in perfect shape.
With a slipcover. lol

Storage facilities cost money. "Losing" a film, whether it's one or an entire library, smells like a bean counter strategy to me.

A lot of film labs have closed and elements have ended up in odd places. The OCN to Stop Making Sense was believed lost until it turned up in an MGM vault with Island Alive properties, despite the rights only being for theatrical at the time.

Yep, very likely to be 4K only,. Similar to their release of Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia 4K (where Kino have BD rights stll).

Except VS just released a 4k+blu combo for let's scare Jessica to Death, while Shout's blu is still in print. My only thought on this is, because VS's blu isn't standalone, and features the same new scan/resto VS did for the 4k, thats how they can do that. So could Shout have a 4k+blu combo pack by virtue of this same loophole?
