Very strong month. Shaw and City On Fire will be day 1''s. I'll get Blaxpoitation set during a slower month since August is going to be packed. Slaughter's Big Rip Off is one I've wanted for awhile.

I think I'm fine with my three Sleepaway Camp Blu-rays with slips. If Shout found the negative for the first film and released a box set, I probably would have jumped on that.

Obviously there's still some AIP blaxploitation titles left, and that means one more volume.

If you guys are doing a volume 3 in October then I think there are only 6 titles left.

Abby rights issues with this one
JDs Revenge
Both Blacula films

And that's all the 70s blaxploitation AIP titles remaining I highly doubt Abby will happen that one has huge rights issues.

I don’t know if there will be a box set if they find the negative for the first. It’s owned by a different company. Sometimes that prevents a box set. Night of the Demons 1-3 are owned by different companies. They released all 3 but not a box set. Same with the first 3 Child’s Play movies.

Trying to limit my Blu-Ray to 4k upgrades so this month is a welcome break for my wallet.

Been a minute since an announcement had me excited but those Sleepaway Camp Sequels are easy pre-orders for sure and quite exciting announcements. Here's to hoping the original can get the 4k treatment as well one day.... for now though I'll enough parts 2 and 3 all the same.

I would like to add I would LOVE a 4K of the first one. Same with Day of the Dead. I hope they are able to find the negative for both.

They have already stated that the terms of the license do not allow them to release these individually.
