Wahoo! In for The Betrayal and maybe Los golfos, that French Noir set is a surprise but a welcome one! Might go for those three if I can afford it.

Will skip In My Skin for now but might be tempted later on…reviews can sway me.

Grabbed WN4 and The Betreyal. Los Golfos looks good but Im trying to cut down on my blu ray consumption. Im a bit dissapointed that the noir set films are all from one country.

I think it’s a good idea as it means one of the next volumes isn’t swamped with French titles. Think of it like Indicator doing a volume of Bogart films. Noir is a French word after all…

Hoping it means they might consider doing a full Japanese Noir set later on too!

PS: this month’s clue confirming Daughters of Darkness, btw.

The Betrayal looks like a good one, but nothing else for me this month.

Hope some real fans are able to pick up WttDH before it gets scalped - Radiance should really put a limit on how many you can add to basket.

Besides the Noir set, which I may pick up in the future, another month where there's nothing for me.

I wish they would at least announce a few more Raro titles, for fans of Italian genre cinema.
Some regularity for these would be most welcome. There's quite a few titles in their library I would wish to see released (or re-released), but at a rate of 4 titles or so a year, most won't be released.
After 3 titles earlier this year, it's now the 4th straight month without a release.

I'm hoping October may bring a few season-appropriate Italian genre efforts, but with my luck, they'll announce more French "extreme" titles, which aren't really my cup of tea.

You're not alone on that front. I'd be pretty hard pushed to think of a genre I've got less interest in.

Another one I already have a region free import of. But I hope this month's -10% for 3/4 will continue then.

While I wont mind watching three French noirs (and I wouldnt mind watching three Nippon noirs even more) I liked the around the world aproach Radiance had to making these sets so far. Hopefully this doesnt mean they are running out of licences of dark cinema from other countries. Also I was really hoping for A Colt is My Passport to get a slot.

The Betrayal

To protect his clan, an honourable samurai (Raizo Ichikawa, Shinobi) takes the blame for a murder committed by one of his fellows. He is promised a safe return after one year in exile, but this vow is broken and he becomes a fugitive chased by his own clansmen. Disillusioned by the bushido code of honour, he realises there are only two ways out: vengeance or death. From director Tokuzo Tanaka (The Snow Woman), a former assistant to Akira Kurosawa, this cruel jidaigeki stands alongside such notable works of the genre as Harakiri and Sword of Doom with its classic mix of honour codes and samurai action. Beautifully filmed in black and white ‘scope with thrilling set pieces, The Betrayal features one of the most breathtaking finales in all of samurai cinema.

Severin has Dolby Vision for their "In My Skin" 4k UHD. It's not listed for Radiance Films' edition.
