I have close to 1,600 discs which mostly consists of Blu-ray, maybe 20 4Ks and a couple of DVDs. I have had exactly one disc that developed this issue. My original WB BD of "Heat." Ripped the disc and burned a BD-R as a safety copy. The original still plays and everything, just has this weird whitish/milky looking coloration around the edge of the disc in one spot. Mine are all stored properly. I really hope it doesn't start to affect other discs because I'm not rebuying anything.
