Hey all could someone please recommend to me a good online shop to replace Deepdiscount with please. I have been very dissatisfied with their customer service. I wish to order Blu-rays, UHDs and CDs from them with good freight prices to Australia.
Thanks James |

Good regardless of price? Dont be surprised when resellers push their ebay pages.....
I see you already know about rarewaves so I guess you already know about the labels selling their own releases. Last edited by Deadend45; 06-07-2025 at 12:36 PM. |

I don't tend to like to use ebay to much as I like to big shipments to keep the freight down. In the past I have used Amazon, Deepdiscount for USA Rarewaves and Zavvi for UK Jpc.de for German CD Japan Amazon.JP and Yes Asia for Asian plus individual Company's for Studio exclusives.

You seem well informed on ordering aboard and I cannot think of a USA online shop that has a any better reputation for customer service then DD.

There is also Rarewaves, which I feel has great customer support. Zavvi also ships to Australia, but people have mixed feelings about their CS. I rarely use DD as I always find better prices elsewhere. |

Yeah, I stopped using DeepDiscount too their service got really frustrating. I mostly shop from GMA https://gmadealsandstealstoday.weebly.com/ now for general stuff, but for Blu-rays and CDs, Amazon and WowHD have worked better for me. Shipping to Australia isn’t perfect, but at least it’s reliable and packed well.

Blurays For Everyone is one I recommend. Excellent packaging, very fast responsive customer service, customs friendly, multiple international shipping options, and the option for extra protection on shipping. They might be more expensive compared to places like WOW HD and DD, but I think they're definitely worth it for the peace of mind of receiving undamaged slipcovers.
Brother Belial is another great one, but I heard their online store is closing by the end of the year. |

I was just about to recommend that. I have used that site for years. The guy running it, Cliff is very nice and reasonable. |

And as far as Bluraysforeveryone, everyone I know who has used them have been unhappy as they show stock for items they don’t actually have and then when the order inevitably gets canceled, they keep some of the refund to pay for “fees” when it was their fault to begin with. |

I'd imagine the Disc Connected is butting in because you're spreading misinformation. Brother Belial will not be closing their doors any time soon and will be expanding even more labels/products in the VERY near future.
