I voted for Twin Peaks, but its the only series I've seen in its entirety of the three. I've watched the first two seasons of the X-Files (Just watched the first episode of season 3 last night) and have only watched a handful of Twilight Zone episodes.

I have yet to watch The Twilight Zone or The X-Files (plan on it eventually). The first season of Twin Peaks was really good, but the second season was a chore to sit through.

I couldn't really vote for any of them, but if I HAD to, I'd probably go Twilight Zone.

Well, very difficult to choose but Twin Peaks is really incredible, even the new series but I love The X-Files and The Twilight Zone is great.

Twilight Zone all day every day and if not that then The Outer Limits also beats those.
