I would like to see Turbine get 3D versions of Uncharted, Ghostbusters Afterlife and Ghostbusters Frozen Empire.

I see the requests have moved on from Universal and Paramount 3D movies to whatever we feel like manifesting. Turbine, please release Aliens 3D next!

My bundle of those 3 came, aiming for an August vacation at present. I'll be watching those an the 3 Watchmen UHDs and the Mad Max box set UHDs. (You can't complain that I'll be watching UHDs since I'll be watching multiple 3D movies too! lol)

There is a more or less comprehensive list of all movies that have a 3D version on this Wikipedia Site:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List...%80%93present))

Turbine already said that they will not convert movies themselves.

They will only take the 3D versions that already exist in the Studios archives and print them on a 3D blu ray, with English and German Dolby Atmos tracks whenever they are available.

Yeah, people might have been going places where those were already converted and might think that they are studio conversions and not fan made ones.

This is missing The Colony (2013) which is most likely owned by Universal for BD purposes. The film was converted and screened in 3D before the 3D release was cancelled. The 3D DCP exists

Star Wars Episodes 1-6 are supposedly all converted already. The whole Disney thing makes it unlikely, but wouldn’t that be cool since we’re making wish lists.

Never knew there was a 3D version of Thriller. The regular video was what, only around 9 mins long?

I could have sworn that Speed Racer (2008) was shown in 3D locally in theaters but can't find any info on it.

Unfortunately it was released before the recent 3D boom, and didn't get a conversion.

I'm afraid you're a bit mistaken! Some movies have actually been released in 3D (in some countries). Here are the 3D posters or specifications on IMDB (search for "Printed Film Format" in the IMDB technical specifications):

X-Men: Dark Phoenix 3D
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6565702...ef_=tt_spec_sm

Starchaser: The Legend of Orin 3D
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090065...ef_=tt_spec_sm

Men in Black: International 3D
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2283336...ef_=tt_spec_sm

Predator 3D (already released in 3D Blu-ray)
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Preda...Blu-ray/68710/

The Addams Family 3D (see specifications on picture)

Transformers One 3D (see specifications on picture)

I'm afraid it is you who is mistaken. Look again at 13thman's post and note he is ONLY referring to the 2 movies he highlighted in bold (Prey and The House with a Clock in its Walls), not the others. Hence use of the word "neither".

When they said neither, they only meant the two they bolded in the quote.

If Turbine could rescue it that would be something to be applauded but so far they have only released AVP titles and films that have had previous disc releases. I do hope that the success of the series can lead to some of these never-before-released titles making it out.

"Only released exclusively for the Apple Vision Pro..." pretty sure that there are significantly more people out there that have 3D equipment at home than there are people who own the AVP.

I don't have a Apple vision pro i don't plan to get one so far. It's just way too expensive and heavy.

3D lovers are a small group, but AVP users are in a much smaller group.

So for most people, Turbine did save those movies. It sounds like your downplaying what they are (trying to) do.

He's not downplaying it, just stating facts. We're all extremely grateful for Turbine releasing these movies on 3D blu ray.

I'm not downplaying it at all, I don't own a AVP so I am as reliant on Turbine to bring these titles to disc as everyone else and I have bought every single one. It's just that there are a LOT of titles out there that never even made it to AVP so I was hoping that efforts would be put into saving at least some of them.
