I recently placed an order with Katana for just a few items. Once I got them one of them did not fit at all (to small). I contacted them with the correct measurements and they sent me out a free replacement right away. Whoever told them the original size was way wrong.
Anyways the quality of the product is top notch if you ask me and definitely would recommend giving them a try. Especially for a custom order as well.

Yes they are good about that. And yes- sometimes people get their measurements wrong. After I got one that was quite wrong, I now double check the measurements myself before ordering.
