I'm not sure that's entirely true. Here in the UK I have to turn the option on as there is a 4% additional tax to pay when selling internationally.

Looking at the 3-DFA listings it does not appear that the option has been activated.

I checked on my selling page to see if I was enrolled. I am and have not ever enrolled myself. I tried to unenroll and there was nothing I could find on how to do this. ebay enrolled me without me knowing. Below is what it says.

I think over the years they've gone back and forth with automatically enabling it but I'd be surprised if there wasn't a way of turning it off.

Oh they tell us in the US how to unenroll from ebay International Shipping but when I go to the page to do this there is no option to click on unenroll. All my shows is that I am enrolled. No where to change this. I have searched everywhere to change this and have found nothing.

It's more of a problem if you are not enrolled, but if you've gone through all your seller preferences and can't change it there it sounds like you'll have to get on to eBay's customer service.

I'm not worried about any of it. I never sell anything that would sell in another country anyway.
