Since Wonder Woman is such an integral part of the DCU you have to get her right. As much as I love Supergirl as well you can take risks and not take as much of a hit if it backfires. Besides, Supergirl's script was ready (and good) so there you go. Add to that you'll have Momoa as Lobo...that will bring people to the theater.

Playwright, actress and screenwriter Ana Nogueira has been tapped to write “Wonder Woman” for DC Studios, TheWrap has exclusively learned.

One of DC Studios’ go-to hitters, Nogueira also wrote the upcoming “Supergirl” movie which is currently in post-production, along with the live-action “Teen Titans.”
