Yes, just saw this at TGA. Super excited for Jurassic Park Survival. No release date or year provided, so it'll probably be a wait, but very cool!

Look very promissing and a great idea for a JP game.

Really excited for this one. Always wanted a JP survival horror game. Wish it was 3rd person, but I get why they'd want to make you feel more immersed in the dino action and terror. Definitely an interesting concept; I'm sure they worked closely with the filmmakers to ensure it honored the canon, so I'm excited to see how it all plays out.

Maybe if this one is received well, it'll make Capcom more likely to finally remake Dino Crisis.

Seems like they'll go the Alien: Isolation route. Can't kill the dinos but you gotta out smart and maneuver them.

So stoked for this. Been waiting for them to get this franchise to a cool game level. Plus it finally makes up for JP: Trespasser and it's lost potential.

Maybe it will be better than Dominion.

At first I thought it was a new movie and looked great. As a game it looks just as great. Hope it's not too far out.

At this point anything could be better than that movie.

Interesting article, definitely one of my most anticipated games. At the end, they do confirm that this will NOT be a 2024 title.

Sounds like this is coming late 2025 or Very early 2026.

The Steam page was updated this past week and now talks about DLC add-ons and someone posted on X that they were a game tester as of May 2nd and that the game is very similar to Alien Isolation and the Quiet Place game in terms of tension and terror.

The trailer shows cinematics entirely in 3rd person, and then when they reveal the gameplay, it's strictly another first person only game it seems. They had me and then they lost me. Nothing wrong with first person, but add a 3rd person camera view too. Like Resident Evil did for RE7 and RE8.

Even so, good to see a non-strategy game for Jurassic Park. This looks like a remake of the first movie but with this lady instead.

I hope this comes out soon. Totally forgot about it. The last really fun JP game I played was Ocean's Jurassic Park over 20 years ago. I played it on an emulator a couple of years back and it was still a blast.

I'm lucky that I like playing the park builder games, but yeah... if that's not your thing, its been a really long time since we had a good JP game. My most recent favorite JP game that isn't a builder would probably be Jurassic Park on Sega Genesis and that was 1993

I forgot to post it here, but the most recent news we've had about JP Survival was a post on X in April of this year.

The teams at Saber Interactive and Universal Products & Experiences are about to start an exciting day of planning.

Hatching up fresh ideas may take time, but trust us, it’s worth it.

I get the feeling this will be in the same vein as A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. It's even done by the same publisher. Decent, but forgettable.

This game is actually being developed by Sabre instead of just published by them, so hopefully it will be a little better than Quiet Place.

Man, watching the trailer for Jurassic Park: Survival fills me with hope. Ever since I played Alien: Isolation, I’ve been dreaming of similar immersive experiences based on my favorite films. And honestly, the original Jurassic Park is perfect for this kind of treatment.

I still remember seeing it on the big screen as a kid, ever since then, I’ve wanted to explore Isla Nublar firsthand. Sure, there's a chance this game might not live up to the hype (Alien: Isolation is truly one in a million), but I can’t help feeling optimistic.

I’d also love to see a similar approach taken with Jaws, maybe a smaller, focused game set entirely on the Orca (NOT controlling the shark)? There’s something magical about stepping into these cinematic worlds. If done right, it’s a winning formula.
